I am a chocolatier, cake lover based in South Wales, UK, and the idea of this blog is to be a bit of a food critic. Hopefully I will get help from a few of my fellow food/craft producers to help me maybe by being "guest writers". I will give my honest and humble opinion on places I go and food I eat.
